This line of cartridges is composed of hydrophilic and asymmetric materials. They have been made following all FDA requirements for the food industry. The polyethersulfone (PES) membrane has characteristics of very low protein retention. Therefore, it is an excellent option for applications in fermented beverages. Each cartridge is studied one by one and its level of quality and effectiveness is checked. The process is carried out with ionized water to ensure the lowest levels of extractables. Our cartridges allow very notable flow rates and retention capacity.
