Big Bag perfect for
Mafilco bigbags filter sludge and allow it to be dehydrated using atmospheric pressure, reducing costs in handling and waste management. They are manufactured in Spain (in our factory in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda) with technical fabric in different materials, constructions and permeabilities, highlighting the 100% polypropylene monofilament, tailored to the client’s needs. They are generally made with 25 cm lifting belts and are available with a flat bottom, with a loading mouth and with a discharge mouth.

This Mafilco bigbag is a simple and economical filtration system for small volumes of sludge, which does not justify the installation of a filter press for the recovery of dirty water with suspended particles. Extended life filter bags are composed of polypropylene or polyester felt ranging from 0.5-100 microns, and their service life is up to 5 times longer than the equivalent standard filter bag. Compared to the felt filter bag, it has a greater thickness allowing for greater retention of particles, in addition to the fact that the filtration density is gradual so that the particles do not prematurely block the filtration capacity of the bag and lengthening it. way its useful life.
These filter bags are made of 0.5 micron polyester, providing the best filtration results compared to other products available on the market.
Multi-layer felt filter bags
Felt filter bags are composed of various layers, between 2 or 3 layers of polypropylene or polyester felt, with the advantage that to further specify its durability, a layer of long-life felt can be incorporated and it can be Add an optional mesh outer cover.
Felt filter bags provide graduated density, greater depth filtration due to their multiple layers in a single filter bag. The high-capacity filter bag is located inside a stainless steel filter basket. It has a high capacity that increases filtration by a high percentage compared to standard bags of the same size.

Food and pharmaceutical filter bags
