Our filter plates for filter press are made of high molecular density polypropylene, among other special technical materials, which provide greater hardness and durability. This allows working at high pressures and by compacting the cake, the filtration cycle is reduced and higher dryness is obtained. We thus obtain greater and better efficiency in the process, saving time and costs.

The chamber plates are made of 100% polypropylene material and manufactured with an internal frame that considerably improves the stability of the plate. These plates have extraordinary chemical resistance allowing high levels of filtration and easy handling.
Chamber filter plates are economical and efficient equipment for filtration processes that do not require much in terms of dry matter content. They can be supplied in different sizes for open or closed filtrate outlet. They are also manufactured in a sealed version when drips and vapors must be absolutely avoided during filtration.
Maximum performance
Membrane filter plates give us the option of a cake draining system once the filtration is complete, with clear advantages over the chamber plate filtration method. They obtain a better result in terms of dry matter and improving the quality of washing with a considerable reduction in liquids.
Membrane plates require a minimum cake thickness to guarantee the correct functioning of the membrane. The combination of both membrane filter plates and chamber filter achieves an extraordinary performance in the filtration result.
